We always try to send your photo orders out as soon as we get them.
However, please DO NOT send us an order online and expect them tomorrow just because you have a deadline! We do our best to help you with your needs but please be understanding and order well ahead of your deadline. Your photos take time to print and we cannot guarantee a 24hr turn around time to meet your deadlines.
We understand that you are eager to receive your photos but please consider the following factors:
Factors affecting the time your photos are available online:
- We color correct, crop and edit every photo order and go through every order personally ourselves to make sure that your order is correct and looks as good as we like them to be.
- If you have a custom order, please allow more time for order processing since custom orders take more time and work.
- If we are on the road and shooting a string of out of town shows or trials, your orders will take a little more time; we frequently have to be home to send out photos because of bad internet connection on the road and also because a lot of our photo files from older trials are stored at home for security reasons.
- Bad or slow internet connection while we are travelling. Please understand that because of the size of the photos, we need reliable wifi connections to efficiently send orders out to our lab.
- Please be mindful of holidays and weekends. Our orders are mailed from an off site professional print lab and they have regular schedule and hours.
- Technical issues. As much as we hate to say it, sometimes technical issues happen. Photography is a very technical art and when you work with computers, sometimes things happen. But we always try our best to work through it.
