If you are not sure if a particular photo of a dog is actually your dog, please contact us to verify the identity.

We keep running orders of every show with our file numbers for the photos for a limited time. And while we have those running orders, we are able to correctly identify your dog.

However, dogs frequently run out of order and we do not know every dog by sight and so this sometimes prevents us from knowing the identity.

Please be extra careful when placing orders from National Specialties as dogs frequently look the same.

Try to remember which dogs ran/were before and after you and use those dogs to identify your dog in the order of the photos on our site.

We are NOT responsible for orders incorrectly placed for mistaken identity and such orders does NOT warrant a refund; there is nothing technically wrong with the order and there is no mistake on our end. So PLEASE make sure you are buying photos of the correct dog.
