Please be aware that we get a high volume of emails per day.

Frequently, we are working in a certain area and internet connection is very limited or not available, and that limits our access to email. As such, we are sometimes unable to answer our email so please be patient as we try to get to the urgent emails as soon as possible and by priority.

Please understand that we are photographing at a trial almost every weekend and as such are unable to answer our email in a timely manner on weekends. We spend all day working a trial and all night generating prints for you to buy the next day. Such is the case when we are photographing on weekdays as well, although it is not as frequent. However, we always try to get to our emails every single day if possible.
